PDCA offers intrinsic services on ISO 45003 – Psychological Health & Safety Management System for individuals, groups, and workplaces. The aim is to build a nation of mentally-healthy-leaders as “we value and promote diversity, equality, and inclusion in every aspect of the business” through ISO 30415 – Human resource management — Diversity and Inclusion. It is intended that as we empower the professionals with knowledge, then we can make progress for the management system profession, and eventually our society. For the individual, any personal & professional development taken will reflect on the organisational success. The company fundamentals represent the cycle of change, empowerment and improvement.

PDCA services provides individuals, employees, employers and businesses the programs, workshops, coaching and assessments in holistic wellness. We also provide “Support Person” in workplace and in personal settings to support diversity and inclusion for those people with disability to assist the goal of our nation (NDIS) “on the reduction or loss of an ability to perform an activity which results from an impairment”.
