The competency of PD-CA is backed-up by the Founder’s vast global business development experience in the ISO certification body and consulting industry since 2003, gratefully hands-on trained and mentored by the global pioneers-experts in Digitalisation, Quality, Cyber Security & Business Continuity and Health & Safety Management System of top ranking ISO Certification Bodies in the world.

How did the PD-CA start?
PD-CA was born from the concern of the founder, had of 15 years ago regarding Australian organisations lacking the Digitalisation, Cyber Security, Business Continuity, Process Improvement skills and knowledge to successfully start, run, and grow their businesses. It compelled her to start in year 2010, together with her colleagues in the ISO industry, of delivering Quality, Cyber Security, Business Continuity & Operational Excellence public events and seminars with value for money to all organisations across Australia, so that the top management, middle management to rank and file could be trained and educated to implement the best practices for their businesses to succeed.
